Drive the Commercial Excellence program for BU IGT-S (Image Guided Therapy) Services & Solutions in order to secure and enhance customer acquisition, success and retention as a foundation for our overall growth.

As the Commercial Excellence Program Manager, you are responsible for improving customer acquisition and success efforts for Services and Solutions as part of the integral offer, while aspiring to enhance sales channel collaboration along existing and new customer touchpoints. In this role, you will facilitate the enablement and support of sales teams on CRM (SFDC) and Commercial Excellence/Sales methodologies, as well as analyzing process execution, performance, and related corrective action planning.

Your role

  • Responsible for the Commercial Excellence program, including planning and execution for Services and Solutions.
  • Facilitating training, enablement, and support for sales teams on CRM (SFDC), as well as sales methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and improving sales excellence execution, and creating and deploying lead and funnel management through marketing and sales programs.
  • Initiating retention and growth programs from a Sales Excellence perspective, including journey mapping, and progress and adoption reporting.
  • Leading the implementation and adoption of Customer Success tools, supported by playbooks and process integration.

You're the right fit if:

  • Preferably a MSc. in (Business) Economics and/or Marketing.
  • 5-10 years experience in Business Development, marketing, or a commercial role.
  • Experience in services sales and/or marketing, preferably with Commercial Excellence experience.
  • Ability to synthesize market funnel, sales process analyses, and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs.
  • Self-starting mentality, structured, analytically strong, and results driven.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written, in addition to local language.
  • Willingness to travel up to approx. 10%.
