As part of the Operational Excellence team, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary group of data specialists, analysts, and process experts who are dedicated to improving the daily experience of employees across the organization. The team’s mission is to identify and remove inefficiencies, enhance collaboration, and enable smarter decision-making through actionable insights.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Intern to support a focused assignment within our Global Operational Excellence team. This internship will center around a specific project aimed at improving our reporting capabilities and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. You’ll use your analytical skills and Python expertise to help design, automate, and refine data reporting processes.

Your assignment

  • Develop and implement a reporting solution tailored to a defined operational challenge or opportunity
  • Analyze relevant datasets and translate findings into clear, insightful outputs
  • Document methodology, tools used, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and future use
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact

This is a bachelor’s or master’s internship (non-thesis) for a minimum of 5 months, at least 4 days per week (minimum 2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is March 2026.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, HR, data analytics, computer science, data science, or a related discipline
  • Strong coding skills in Python
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel) and familiar with reporting tools such as Power BI or Spotfire
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator
  • Interest in HR operations and data-driven decision-making

Other requirements

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship
  • Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. If you are currently living or studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter should include the willingness to relocate
  • If you are a non-EU citizen studying in the Netherlands, your university must be willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement)
