Help shape the future of product innovation at Rituals.

Use your expertise in program management, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration to drive excellence in our New Product Development (NPD) pipeline. We are looking for a Program Manager NPD who can connect people, processes and tools. You will play a key role in optimizing our NPD workflows, enabling seamless collaboration across teams and ensuring every innovation journey from idea to shelf is as efficient and inspiring as possible. Acting as a change driver, you will improve our global artwork management, project management and SharePoint environments to create the best foundation for innovation to thrive.

In this role you will:

  • Execute the NPD process improvement projects that are part of our roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business goal towards seamless operations
  • Act as the Center of Excellence for project management, processes and systems within the Innovations department
  • Analyze, design and implement innovative processes, systems and structures to build a scalable and efficient NPD pipeline, for example:
    • Continuously improve the Artwork Management process and related tooling
    • Enhance our Project Management tooling and ways of working
    • Optimize the use of our newly implemented SharePoint environment
    • Strengthen our USP (Product Messaging Development) process and supporting tools

You will be successful if you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or project management, ideally within retail or FMCG.
  • Affinity with New Product Development/ Innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity with product master data.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management or workflow tools.
