At ABN AMRO's Process Automation Grid, we focus on improving and digitalising the daily experiences of our clients and employees across all Client Units. By combining business and technology perspectives, we play a key role in shaping the bank's strategy for hyper automation.
As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with both business and IT stakeholders to identify the best solutions and support Client Units in automating their processes. You’ll contribute to delivering end-to-end process automation by managing various initiatives, collaborating with different stakeholder groups, and ensuring clarity and structure to drive actionable solutions and decisions.
Your job involves a combination of activities, ranging from the definition and implementation of strategic initiatives within the hyper automation domain, to the intake of new business processes for automation; to ensure that our teams can pick processes for development. You enjoy working with a diverse group of stakeholders from different backgrounds, as you will work closely with business and process experts across Client Units, and in close collaboration with our Product Owners.
To succeed in your role you’ll have a good understanding of what drives the client and employee experience and the IT landscape, and you are aware of the latest innovations within banking and digital. Most importantly, you are a connector: you structure and simplify complex content and you build bridges, bringing others together. Within the Grid, you support the Grid Owner and Product Owners, taking responsibility for your portfolio of end-to-end process and/or a specific tooling domain; from ideation to implementation.
You will be part of an international team, working alongside stakeholders from various Client Units in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. As a Business Consultant in the Process Automation team—part of the bank-wide Business Process Management - Process Digitalisation department—you will play a crucial role in advancing digital solutions that enhance the experience of both clients and employees.
