Order Fulfilment Officer at Philips

Your role:

• You are responsible for order entry, administration, and product availability for all Myshop Sales Channels.
• You oversee the order tracking process and ensure orders are processed properly.
• You provide reports on performance and planning.
• You coordinate operational problem-solving teams to deal with any issues related to vendors or products. Being an Order Fulfilment Officer ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.

You're the right fit if:

• You have 2+ years experience in the fields connected with data, logistics, or sales/administrative support.
• You have excellent skills within data management.
• You are detail-oriented, focused on quality and compliance.
• English language; BA degree preferred.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
