About The Role

Our office in The Netherlands has three core practices, being Business Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring and Transaction Services, all servicing our clients’ needs. At this moment, we are looking for graduates to join our Turnaround & Restructuring practice outlined below. During the recruitment process you will meet with members of the team who can provide useful insights and background of our work, provide you a good understanding of what we do and what we are looking for.

Turnaround & Restructuring

In our Turnaround & Restructuring practice, we support companies facing challenging financial circumstances with a skilled, experienced and hands-on team. We are there to help our clients when it really matters and the sense of urgency is high. For example, we support companies or its key stakeholders with business reviews, option assessments, stakeholder management and even full restructuring support including execution support, both from a financial and an operational perspective. We work for a broad range of clients; C-level management, banks, debt funds and private equity. We make a difference with our pragmatic approach and a team of experienced entrepreneurial professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Work as part of a highly skilled team to assess fundamental drivers of a business, uncover reasons for underperformance, optimise operations to improve business performance, conduct financial due diligence as part of an M&A transaction and more
• Work as part of a team with clients directly across industries, primarily located in the Benelux and often operating internationally, allowing you to develop a broad experience and propel your learning
• Perform data studies or analysis and interpretating results
• Communicate findings both written and orally

How You’ll Grow

We aim to promote continuous learning and individual skills development through on-the-job learning, and self-guided professional development courses. You’ll be assigned a dedicated coach to mentor, guide and support you through regular coaching sessions and serve as an advocate for your professional growth. In addition, a buddy will help integrate you into the team and act as a first point of contact for questions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Have strong problem-solving skills
• Can communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
• You are a self-starter and can work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required, Dutch language skills are desired
