🥜 In a nutshell

As part of the Communications & Engagement team, you contribute to an engaging and inspiring work environment in which our growing team of 10,000+ employees and 500+ team leads can get the best out of themselves. You assist with organising events and celebrations, and expanding our internal communication and engagement calendar around Picnic’s mission and values. Together with your colleagues from the International Communications & Engagement team, you will work to realise our mission: to be the best place to work for our employees!

🎯 What you’ll do

You’ll develop engagement initiatives that make employees feel valued and aligned with our mission.

You’ll help keep our engagement calendar up-to-date and assist in planning events that reflect Picnic’s culture and values.

You’ll work with teams to ensure events meet their goals and support company-wide celebrations like Picnic’s 10th anniversary and business updates.

You’ll coordinate delight programs, from milestone celebrations to Picnic-themed merchandise.

⭐ About you

You are currently pursuing a study in Hospitality, Event Management or similar fields

Ideally, you have already gained some experience in event management

Fluent in English and Dutch

Project management skills: You are capable of assisting in coordinating with international stakeholders and helping ensure tasks are completed effectively, often working together with colleagues from different teams.

Creative and Conceptual Thinking: You enjoy coming up with new ideas and can help develop concepts that engage both employees and support business goals.

Attractive package

We offer €800 gross salary per month for a full-time internship as well as 12.5 vacation days per six months, so you can recharge your batteries.
