Industrial Controlling Manager

• Reports to Senior Operations Controlling Manager.
• Has strong stakeholder management.
• Acts as a business partner to operations team by providing detailed analysis related to direct and indirect production cost and KPIs for all factories and tracking current situation in the country.
• Animates company financial performance cycle through monthly forecasting process and monitors risks and opportunities for operations departments.
• Manages Danone Group Rolling Forecast process and contributes & pushes others to deliver commitments supported with detailed financial analysis.
• Involvement in monthly closing process; ensuring costing runs properly for all industrial costs and all accruals are booked.
• Provides detailed variance analysis between actuals vs forecast, obtaining valid explanations for variances from operations team, and challenges for mitigation plan by sharing detailed financial analysis outputs.
• Identifies and drives cost improvement opportunities, is an active contributor to productivity projects, validates, reviews, and tracks proposed savings.
• Manages Capital Expenditures, conducts feasibility analysis with operations team, calculates ROI, payback periods.
• Continuously identifies, designs, and implements improvements in processes leveraging technology and data.
• Ensures compliance with Danone Group Accounting and Internal Control rules.

About you

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial & business control, reporting, and planning functions.
• Required accounting knowledge/ IFRS reporting experience is an asset.
• Required financial controlling experience / FMCG experience is an asset.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• MS Office (advanced Excel) knowledge; SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Excellent organization, planning, and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complexity and contradictions with resilience and tenacity.
