The Opportunity

This is a Partner level role within our Digital Consulting business unit. They focus on providing solutions that help clients re-imagine and transform their organisations. With our deep industry expertise, business process understanding and technology prowess complemented with a set of accelerators and frameworks, we help clients respond rapidly to the dynamic business environment today and also helping our clients to thrive in today’s digital world.

The role as Partner for Digital Consulting Leader will lead growth of the consulting business across strategic account(s) by leveraging both; existing & emerging capabilities, in addition to creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally. The role holder is expected to grow the portfolio of services, and C-level relationships, which would also enable growth of other Wipro services.

As a Partner you will provide strategic leadership within our Digital Business Consulting group, with a primary focus on the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies aimed at revolutionizing areas such as customer experience, employee experience, back-office operations and many more. Your expertise will guide the transformation of traditional processes into intelligent, efficient, and automated workflows, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs as well as customer interactions and satisfaction, but also spearhead the development and integration of these propositions at our clients.

Job Role

  • Lead the strategy and execution for integrating AI technologies to drive efficiency, accuracy, cost reduction and enhanced experiences.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior management on the potential of AI/ML technologies to transform all business operations, identifying opportunities for further process automation, optimization and differentiation.
  • Build a team of experts who can not only create powerful go-to-market propositions but also delivery sound and scalable AI solutions.
  • Craft business cases and roadmaps on delivering business benefits.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of AI tools and platforms that best fit the organization's needs and goals for business transformation.
  • Work with product teams to design, develop and deliver AI-driven solutions for automating repetitive tasks, improving data processing, and facilitating decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of business operations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing AI-driven solutions for improvement.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for AI implementation ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical considerations.
  • Architect and implement AI and ML solutions that automate and optimize processes, across our key clients and industries.
  • Lead projects and manage cross-functional teams in the deployment of AI solutions, providing guidance and expertise to ensure project success.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends, evaluating their applicability to business operations and leading innovation initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated success in leading AI-driven transformation projects within all areas of business operations, with a portfolio of projects that have significantly improved operational efficiency and experience. This experience should ideally be recent, as in the last 4-5 years.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive the adoption and integration of AI solutions.
  • Strong collaboration, project management and team-building skills, including experience in leading diverse teams and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, especially expertise in AI/ML technologies, and their application in business transformation.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in the field of Gen AI / AI / ML
  • Emotional intelligence, including the ability to empathize with clients and team members, manage conflicts effectively, and adapt to different cultural and organizational contexts.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity, and the ability to inspire trust and confidence among clients and team members.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields is mandatory. Advanced degrees in technology or business (Ph.D., MTech, MBA) are highly desirable.
