For our Performance Coatings division, we are looking for a Business Support Analyst to support the Global Demand & Business Improvement Manager – Performance Coatings on demand and business improvement activities.

What are your key responsibilities in this role?

Prepare and analyze detailed monthly demand forecasts for the EMEA sales region in Performance Coatings

Analyze and interpret historical sales data to evaluate and refine forecast accuracy, ensuring data-driven decisions.

Engage in monthly discussions with Sales and Business Managers to review past forecasts and synchronize the upcoming 24-month forecast inputs.

Oversee and manage product allocations across the EMEA region, optimizing resource distribution.

Maintain strong communication with production sites, actively participating in bi-weekly demand control meetings, and contribute insights for global supply reviews.

Support the Global Demand & Business Improvement Manager – Performance Coatings on various projects & initiatives to improve the business & sales processes, on the commercial budget process, on portfolio management and on following up & monitoring various activities.

What do we ask from you?

Educational Background: MBO 4/HBO in Commercial Economics/ Business Administration or similar

Relevant Experience: Experience in Finance, Demand Planning, or an analytical role is preferred

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SAP/APO.

Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively and build relationships within the organization

Numerical Affinity: Strong affinity with numbers and statistical analysis

Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work

Language Proficiency: Located in the Netherlands with fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
