This role is part of our Brand and Advertising team based in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Brand Strategists, Creatives, and Influencer Marketers to Account managers, Producers, and Video editors. As a creative digital marketing agency, we mix old-fashioned creative storytelling with the best of what today’s technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like bol and Philips to name a few.

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you are the main contact and sparring partner for both the client and the influencers during the entire process. You are responsible for the implementation, management, and quality control of campaigns, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You demonstrate strong commercial insight and oversight, effectively building client portfolios.

You naturally have an overview and know exactly how to set priorities. Drawing up a schedule, monitoring the process, and delivering it on time are your specialties. Tight deadlines don’t freak you out and you make sure to follow through with a “can do” approach. Strong project management skills are therefore essential. You are responsible for creating evaluation reports to assess the effectiveness and success of campaigns. Additionally, you are solution-oriented and can work independently to tackle any challenges that arise. With your extensive experience in the influencer industry, your opinion is respected and valued by both clients and internal teams.

  • Best of both worlds: the pros of an international leading agency with the energy and caring mentality of your next-door agency.

  • You love the implementation phase, where you focus on customer satisfaction and projects are managed by you in detail;
  • You identify and maintain contact with influencers, negotiate competitive rates and draw up agreements;
  • Ensure good guidance for both the client and the influencers during the entire process, for both you are the point of contact and the sparring partner during the collaboration;
  • Monitoring performance and ROI: You track and analyze campaign results, write detailed evaluation reports, and create concrete recommendations to elevate the clients’ influencer marketing. You independently discuss these insights with the client.
