Role and Responsibilities Representing the brand, you radiate confidence and professionalism in an inspiring way. In this way, you actively contribute to the further growth of SAMSUNG. This means that you are responsible for the following: Key responsibilities as a “Human Resources Trainee’’ (Pre-) Onboarding: Collect and organize all necessary legal documents and draft contracts. Serve as the first point of contact for managers and new hires. Ensure a smooth first day for new hires by planning and arranging work equipment and manage. communication streams between different departments. Provide recommendations to optimize onboarding procedures. Manage communication with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders. Perform various administrative tasks. Internal Transfers: Manage contract extensions and internal employee/employment changes and other administrative tasks. Manage the whole process from start to end and work closely together with HRBP regarding this topic. Offboarding: Inform internal/external stakeholders of offboarding processes (incl. administrative tasks). Coordinate offboarding activities, including the collection and return of assets. Calculate and set up the final settlement of employees. Handle any remaining questions from employees after their departure. Work closely together with the HRBP and HR manager. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and manage communication with external vendors for outsourced employees. Manage communication with internal stakeholders across different departments. Coordinate communication with external stakeholders. Liaise with the Shared Services Center (SSC) in Romania together with the Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Take ownership and manage expectations to the business and the team regarding HR-processes. System Management: Review and deliver compliant assignment agreements for outsourced employees. Register new vendors and maintain system accuracy by removing unused vendors. Manage various changes in our employee systems. Project Management: Manage local projects in the Netherlands and at the Benelux level. Track deadlines and manage project expectations. Responsibility Expansion: As you develop and demonstrate your capabilities during the traineeship, your responsibilities will increase accordingly, providing you with more opportunities to take on greater challenges and responsibilities. This traineeship position is part of our specialized HR trainee track. Meaning that within the 3-year traineeship program you will develop yourself on the following roles to become a well-rounded HR Professional: Year 1: HR Trainee (People Team) Year 2: Learning and Development Trainee (L&D team) Year 3: Talent acquisition & Employer Branding (Recruitment team) Skills and Qualifications Are you the one we are looking for?
