You are the Solution Architect who connects the world of business architecture and software development for HR. You will be drawing the future of a digital and modern HR landscape that serves 40.000 users globally. With the successful global implementation of Workday as our core HR application, we are setting our sights even higher. Our goal is to further digitalize and simplify the HR IT landscape, creating seamless and positive employee journeys. As a Solution Architect for the Area’s Join Transfer & People Development, you will play a crucial role in this transformation. You will be part of a diverse and enthusiastic team, guiding architecture and tackling complex design challenges. By staying ahead of market trends and bringing your expertise to the table, you will lead the vision for modern and digital employee experiences. Responsabilities Serve as the linking pin between the Business Architects and Business Analysts on one side, and the DevOps teams on the other. Connect the realms of application architecture, software development, and operational maintenance. Focus on translating requirements into architecture and design that form the blueprint for the solution. Leverage experience in design patterns, published reference architectures, and guidance from Business Architects. Ensure quality from the technical design to the realized solution, including integrations and interfaces. Establish Project Start Architectures and Technical Application Specifications. Actively participate in creating solutions and making choices across various focus areas. Coach DevOps teams in design choices and uphold architecture principles. As a Solution Architect, you possess the skills and mind-set to initiate, challenge and formulate solutions that support a smooth end to end user experience. It would be great if you tick the following boxes: Educational Background: Completed HBO/WO or equivalent education. Professional Experience:At least 3 years in a similar role within an IT environment, with a preference for HR field experience. Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in cloud technologies and trends, preferably in HR applications like Workday or Fieldglass. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to explain, persuade, and justify decisions and concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Security and Privacy: Strong understanding of security principles and privacy-related topics. Software Development Lifecycle: In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices, ensuring adherence to architectural standards. HR Expertise: Understanding of end-to-end Employee Journeys and experience with HR cloud applications. Personal Qualities: Ability to grasp complex environments, provide constructive feedback, think independently, act as a team player, and maintain a result-driven focus. Language skills: Excellent communication in English is required. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a pre, not mandatory This is what we offer you a gross monthly salary between €5.115,- and €7.307,- (scale 10, 36 hours per week (40 hours possible)). 13th month and holiday pay: the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December. an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out. an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,- 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance. a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week. a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance. Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
