ABOUT THE ROLE

We seek motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Sales & Marketing Interns to join our dynamic team. These internships offer an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing, supporting our go-to-market activities. The intern will assist with data capture, CRM management, market research, sales presentation preparation, and other GTM activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Data Capture and Management:

- Collect and organize data from various sources to support sales activities.

- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all records.

2) Market Research:

- Conduct research on potential target companies and markets.

- Identify key contacts and decision-makers within target companies.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

3) Sales Support:

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.

- Interface with customers to help drive sales opportunities

4) Administrative Tasks:

- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.

- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales.

Learning Opportunities:

In return, the intern will be taught essential sales methodologies, including:

- Challenger Sales: Learn how to teach, tailor, and take control of sales conversations.

- Command of the Message: Understand how to clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.

- MEDDPICC: Gain knowledge of a robust qualification framework to manage complex sales processes.

ABOUT YOU:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Based in the Netherlands (preferably) or willing to move to the Netherlands shortly and available to join us quickly.

- Strong analytical and research skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in Google productivity suite and O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus and particularly HubSpot is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid/remote team.

- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
