This role is at the center of our Holding team in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. We’ve got a mix of skills here, from Finance and Hospitality to Recruitment, People & Culture, and Marketing. JOB PURPOSE

As an intern, you will become part of the Sales team, where you will look for interesting potential new customers, qualify incoming leads, contribute to a streamlined sales process and support the team with the organization of events. Within our growing organization, there is plenty of room for your own initiative, and this internship is certainly no exception.

Please note: to be eligible for this internship, you are required to be living and studying in the Netherlands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in great pitches, and learn from other sales stars during projects, training courses and sales boot camps;
  • Lead management, data management, reports, and monitoring our CRM system;
  • Go-to person for potential customers and to identify customers’ needs;
  • Learn about lead generation, business goals and objectives on a strategic level. Through intensive guidance, we ensure that you can grow into a real sales professional!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Studied HBO Creative Business, Commercial Economics, Entrepreneurship & Retail Management or something similar;
  • Has an affinity with social media, advertising and technology in the digital business industry;
  • Is available from September 2024 for 4 or 5 days a week for an internship duration of 5-6 months;
  • Have a working proficiency of Dutch and English,
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Has good time management skills and the ability to stay flexible in a fast-paced environment;
  • Is very well organized and able to effectively communicate the status and developments of your work;
  • Is the example of proactivity and result-orientation and you always apply a confident, can-do attitude;
  • Is a great listener and able to identify both a client’s needs and those of your colleagues;
  • Can demonstrate being a trusted first point of contact for new business leads to conduct a thorough qualification process, providing a detailed handover to the sales team;
  • Is interested in getting to know a full range of communication techniques, including goal-oriented calling, emailing, LinkedIn etc. to build engagement and achieve results;
  • Although full training will be given, experience of Salesforce (or similar sales database) would be beneficial;
  • Is eager to learn and always open to new developments.
