As an Retail Business Analyst, you will work with our Signature Beauty brands, including luxury perfumery brands like Dolce & Gabanna, Tommy Hilfiger, CR7 BALR. and many more. You’ll work closely with the Consumer Marketing Manager and the retail team. You would be a great fit if you work result-driven and think in solutions. Reach your full potential as a Retail Business Analyst

As an Retail Business Analyst, you will be responsible for creating detailed analysis, converting and combining retail data and translating them into insights. Your analytical and project management skills will help us grow faster.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Analyzing and monitoring retail and sell-out related figures and KPIs
  • Identifying key areas of improvement and opportunities and proactively share sales and retail insight with all teams
  • Transforming all sorts of retail data into business insights
  • Designing and integrating measuring and tracking tools for our sell-out and retail team, to measure improvement and capture retail data
  • Work together with different teams like supply-chain, sales team, retail teams and brand teams to create effective promotions and optimalisation of our retail results
  • Not only capable of translating and collecting data but also transferring data into valuable insights

This function covers the complete analysis process from analyzing data, making reports and dashboards, outline challenges, opportunities and solutions for Signature Beauty within B&S Beauty.

This is you

The world of data analysis and smart solutions intrigues you, and you enjoy connecting the dots. Because of your experience, you are familiar with retail related KPIs such as sales analysis and sell-out data and retail data. You have a problem-solving mindset and bring good ideas to the table. For this, you always keep the continuously evolving world of luxury retail as your compass.

You

  • Are highly organized, analytical, tech-minded with a pro-active approach
  • Have at least five years of experience with data-driven analysis, preferably within a FMCG/Beauty retail environment
  • Have strong analytical skills with an ambitious, result-driven, agile mindset
  • Have experience working with data-analysis tools like PowerBI, CRM tools or other data driven programs
  • Are a true expert in Microsoft Excel and converting data into reports and insights
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in business management, data science

  • A maximum salary €3000,- up to €4000,- in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and a performance dependent bonus
  • Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment

  • A travel allowance of up to 75 km on single trip travel when working at the office, or an allowance if you’re working remotely (from home)
