Reach your full potential as Junior Sales Manager

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be guided by an experienced Sales Manager, who will teach you all the ins and outs about the international sales. You start by getting to know the market, our systems, the order process and making sure you’re up-to-date about all the developments. You use this information in the strategies for your negotiations. At the same time, you spend your time building your connections. The contact you have with your customers is mostly over the phone and digitally, but eventually travelling will also be part of your job.

You work closely with your commercial colleagues and often consult with them. After all, teamwork makes the dream work. Together, you determine the success of your team and the organization. As a new colleague, you have the opportunity to take initiative. Started from the bottom, and working your way up to Sales Manager within the international FMCG!

Offering the best service, is important to you and therefore, your customers can be sure you handle situations quick and in the right way.


  • have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial field
  • have gained about a one-year commercial working experience during your internship or side-job
  • are internationally oriented, due to an internship or study abroad
  • have a good command of the English language in speaking and writing. Command of Dutch or another language is an advantage.

  • A maximum salary of €3000,- in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and a performance dependent bonus
  • Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment
  • 25 vacation days, with the possibility to purchase additional days
  • A travel allowance of up to 75 km on single trip travel when working at the office, or an allowance if you’re working remotely (from home)
