Key Responsibilities

Owns the delivery of the global/local foodservice category Strategy at a local level, with a focus on maximising and unlocking new channels and routes to market with the appropriate portfolio and range mix.

  • Delivery of the MY foodservice category strategy
  • Deliver projects in market aligned to the local foodservice strategy
  • Identifies and implements ways to leverage the foodservice channel to strengthen the company equity overall for markets/concepts/sponsorships/products
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams across Arla Foods functions to ensure effective de-livery of projects.
  • Competitor local surveillance
  • Develop training materials and resources to educate customers and internal teams about product features, functionality, and best practices. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to onboard new users and enhance product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including chefs, restaurant owners, foodservice managers, and procurement professionals. Understand their needs, preferences, and pain points to position products effectively.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of specific products or product lines offered by the company. Stay updated on product developments, updates, and enhancements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, technical issues, and product-related challenges. Provide troubleshooting assistance, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the distributor sales team to promote and sell products to foodservice operators, distributors, and other customers. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to highlight key features and advantages.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, culinary, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years Proven experience in sales, product management, or customer support, preferably within the foodservice industry.
  • Strong knowledge of foodservice products, equipment, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements, sales meetings, and industry events.
