In a world that is becoming faster, more unpredictable, and filled with possibilities, individuals come to us with great ambitions: to make your life better and safer. Our employees, who represent a unique blend of expertise, talents, and cultures, develop and deliver extraordinary high-tech solutions. Among the 80,000 talents in 68 countries, 2,000 are based in the Netherlands. We are one of the largest high-tech employers in the realm of security and protection.

We help our customers think smarter and act faster in the fields of transportation, defense, aerospace, aviation engineering, and cyberspace, mastering every decisive moment amid increasing complexity along the way. We play a leading role in the digital transformation, focusing on artificial intelligence, big data, data analytics, connectivity, mobility, the Internet of Things, and cybersecurity.

In the Netherlands, we have locations in four cities: Huizen, Delft, Eindhoven, and Hengelo (headquarters). Together with an extensive ecosystem of knowledge partners, customers, and suppliers, we work on radar systems for naval vessels, cybersecurity solutions, transportation systems, communication equipment for land forces, cryogenic cooling solutions, research and development in radar technology (in collaboration with Delft University of Technology), and research and development in serious gaming (in collaboration with the University of Twente).

Within the Naval Engineering cluster, the Applications department is responsible for the development of Combat and Information Management systems for naval vessels, as well as their integration with sensor and weapon systems. These complex systems encompass advanced solutions in information processing, information management, user interaction, and sensor and weapon control. Our software thus provides essential support for missions ranging from counter-piracy operations to defense against long-range missiles.
