As the Manager of Category Management for Grocery, DRUG, and Canadian channels, you'll be instrumental in driving our market strategies forward. Your role will involve fostering collaborative partnerships across these diverse sectors to enhance our sales growth and profitability. You will provide dedicated support to key accounts and ensure the smooth implementation of optimal strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Business Planning Process by collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Assist in implementing optimal 4P strategies in coordination with Customer Strategy Development and Regional Marketing, co-developing pricing, promotion, placement, and product strategies.
  • Act as a credible and strategic liaison with Marketing, possessing a clear understanding of issues and opportunities across assigned accounts and channels.
  • Advocate internally for the needs of account teams and drive content for Line Review and Innovation Road Show Meetings.
  • Contribute to delivering profitable sales volume for assigned geography and customers across multiple segments and product categories.
  • Assist in development of shopper and in-store programs

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in CPG Sales and/or Marketing required.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Nielsen, IRI, HH panel data, Syndigo, and Salsify a plus.
  • Working knowledge of various promotional/shopper marketing vehicles and retail execution experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel 15%
