Here's what we'll do together:

The G-Star RAW Global Digital Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern Paid Social with a hands-on mentality and love for digital, social and data. We are looking for someone who feels at home in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, someone who likes to learn all about the world of performance marketing and has an analytical eye for good creative.

As part of the Global Digital Marketing team (HQ) you will learn how to manage the global Paid Social Media accounts of a multi-country online retailer. You will be involved from strategy to planning tactics and you will monitor, learn, and adapt while auditing your own results.

During this internship you will support in all areas of performance Digital marketing being part of a global, multicultural team of digital heroes.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Planning and publish – Coordinate the (Social) Media planning and make sure all campaigns are scheduled and go LIVE as planned.
  • Set up conversion campaigns in social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest and TikTok to drive product sales using various tactics and formats across the platforms.
  • Reporting – track results daily and report social media results on a weekly basis.
  • Learn and adapt campaigns – after learning by auditing your own campaign results you shift budgets, tactics or adapt content accordingly to improve performance.
  • Social media content deliverables – you support in the content creation and deliverables process by sharing results – do's and don'ts.

What you bring to the table:

  • Fashion? You live and breathe it!
  • You must be enrolled in a Bachelor/Master in Communication/Marketing.
  • You are passionate about digital and social, and you have a high affinity for fashion and denim.
  • You are eager to learn, you want to discover how things work – you want to be the winner.
  • You have a vast knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
  • You have a strong attention to detail, are organized and good at planning.
  • You want to go the extra mile and have ability to multi-task and execute.
  • You are able to work in a group of digital heroes (your team) while you also are able to work independent.
  • You are available full-time (40hrs per week) for a period of 6 months starting in August/September 2024.
  • You are enrolled at university or college for the full length of the internship, in the Netherlands or within the EU.
  • If you are studying within the EU, you are in possession of a mandatory internship assignment from your school.
  • You are already living in the Netherlands or able to relocate quickly, and have a BSN (or in process of getting one).
