Currently, Rabobank complies with several financial regulations around the world related to transaction reporting, such as: EMIR, DFA, MiFID II and more. As a Global Transaction Reporting (GTR) Officer you are responsible for monitoring this STP process, meaning, for verifying whether the reported transactions to financial regulators are being done in a timely, complete and accurate manner. Practical Examples Monitors, investigates issues and carrying out root cause analysis of reconciliation breaks and content validation findings; Prepares reports for management and customers about the performance of the Rabobank when it comes to GTR Completeness, Timeliness and Accuracy; Participates in continuous improvements to guarantee that processes are optimized and risks are minimized. The 15 people in GTR In Control team (and more than 30 people in the whole GTR department) are always collaborating with each other in order to help Rabobank minimizing its regulatory risks. You and your talent University degree or HBO with 1-3 years of work experience; Strong analytical skills and communicative skills; Fluent in English (verbal and writing); Microsoft Office Skills; Understands the lean way of working (is an advantage); Understands complex process chains, front to back (is an advantage); Knowledge of regulations such as: EMIR, DFA, MiFID II (is an advantage); Knowledge of Financial Markets Products (is an advantage); This is what we offer you The salary scale for this position a salary between € 2.575,30 and € 3.677,74 gross per month (scale 6). An extra budget of 10% of your gross monthly salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out. A budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40. A personal development budget of € 1.400. 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike?
