As Change Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our Configuration Management process, serving as the bridge between technical and administrative aspects. You will oversee change management activities, ensuring that requirements are translated into effective solutions while minimizing disruptions to ongoing work. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering processes coupled with strong administrative and organizational skills. As Coordinator Configuration Changes (Interim) your key responsibilities include: Supporting change initiation and accurately documenting issues and requirements. Verifying appropriate Change Management levels and executing impact analyses. Monitoring progress and facilitating communication between stakeholders. Organizing and leading Change Board meetings, documenting decisions, and action items. Initiating change implementation plans and ensuring effective execution and communication. Closing out changes after implementation and verification. Providing support to the document control team as needed. As Coordinator Configuration Changes (Interim) you need to have: Bachelor or Master degree with a strong inclination towards administrative control tasks in a complex technical environment. Driven to drive to accomplish tasks efficiently and support colleagues effectively. Expediting follow up actions where necessary to meet deadlines. Key competencies include precision, thoroughness, discipline, social sensitivity, resilience, and customer orientation. Excellent command of both Dutch and English, with proficiency in German considered advantageous. Excellent references antecedents as a pre-employment security screening is standard part of the recruitment procedure.
