This position will enable you to work in a very entrepreneurial landscape where you will lead your projects with ownership and autonomy to create your own impact to the brand strategy through category strategy and new product ideas


As our Global Innovation Brand Manager you are responsible to lead the face & fragrance products portfolio and to manage their full lifecycle (develop new products, strategy to repush the core, discontinue etc)

Your main focus :

  • Identify market trend & consumer insights to build strong product concepts to drive & meet brand’s growth objectives
  • Initiate and manage the project development on face & fragrance categories, driving deadlines and marketing deliverables, from concept, formulation, pack development, P&L, collaboration with brand equity to product launch
  • Manage day-to-day communication/development with all cross functional teams including Research & Development, Packaging, Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Legal
  • Lead internal presentations of their projects (i.e. Global Marketing Meeting, Strategic Plan, Markets presentations, Budget Reviews, etc.)
  • Continuously work towards increasing Stock Keeping Unit profitability with close attention to cost and pricing strategy, portfolio strategy and discontinuation exercises

As a Global Brand Innovation Manager you will have a passion for beauty and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you will have:

  • Educational background in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
  • 3+ years related experience in global marketing and product development
  • Demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, passion for beauty industry, embracing both big picture objectives and follow-through on details.
  • Experienced in working with R&D is a plus.
  • Master the English language on a near native level
