Your key responsibilities

  • To provide technical services to Broiler & Breeder customers in a time bound manner by and resolving the customer technical issues. To provide post- mortem & disease diagnosis services, lesion scoring, sample collection form key customers as and where needed

  • Conduct and deploy the technical service (farm diagnosis, explaining the lab analysis result, develop new application). Update technical information for poultry (vaccine/medication program, diseases…); and work with experts (researchers, lecturers, suppliers, independent consultants).

  • Work closely with AM, RSM to align with marketing & technical strategies for each product.

  • Ensuring to comply with the company rules and regulations including Ethics and Compliance and external laws and regulations. To collaborate with other team members from other functions and with Performance solutions team to ensure objectives are met.

  • To build sustainable networks in top key accounts in the defined area, both through direct engagement and using key internal stakeholders to protect existing business and accelerate development of new business opportunities. Monitor and benchmark competitive products, market requirements and competitive business strategies (competitive profiling) and incorporate benchmarking and competitive profiling in account and sales plans.

  • To be fully compliant with all company policies including SHE policies & guideline. Execute the job within the applicable QESH structure and system, provide proposals as and when applicable for further enhancing the QESH structure and system and contribute to ensure a safe and healthy working place.

You bring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science with 5 years or master’s degree in veterinary science (preferably pathology/microbiology) with 3 years of techno commercial or sales experience

  • Should have practical knowledge and experience in solving the health, nutrition, and management related problems in commercial broiler and breeder farms.

  • Demonstrates clear problem-solving skills, ability to generate sales by providing timely technical services.

  • Experience in managing key accounts, coordination with multiple functions & should be comfortable working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi is a must. Knowledge of Regional language shall be an added advantage.

  • Cope with strict deadlines and to set priorities accordingly fluent in English and Telugu
