PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP

As the International PR & Communications intern, you are part of the Marketing & Communication team and you support the Global PR team in all their activities and projects. Rituals offers a varied internship in a young team with enthusiastic colleagues at our head office in the heart of Amsterdam.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will support the team in the maintenance of the press(release) platform and overall reporting system. You will also support in developing PR, event, and press kit briefings for the local market initiatives. Additionally, your responsibilities include handling all the incoming press requests (image requests, product information & retrieval) that you receive from the PR agencies and media in various countries. You also support the team with the organization of the international events and PR activities (online and offline). Besides, you coordinate PR orders and deal with sponsor requests. Furthermore, you collect and archive all news items about Rituals in the media. Lastly, you will support in creating sustainable storytelling, reputation management and strategic communication.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Currently studying in HBO/WO education in Communication/Marketing/Branding

  • Full time available (40 hours): (preferably start beginning of) September 2024 until the end of January 2025
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Good skills: planning, organisation, and multitasking
  • You can work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Excel
  • You are keen to be the best in class within your internship. You are flexible, you enjoy getting involved, are curious to learn, and have an attention to detail. You are also open to work closely together with various teams.
