As a Data Analytics Specialist, you play a crucial role in improving business performance. You do this by collecting, organizing, analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to gain valuable business insights. In this position, you are responsible for the overall web performance analytics of

You ensure that the organization can take the next step by focusing on:

  • Collecting and cleaning data from various data sources to ensure reliability and completeness
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to discover trends, patterns and correlations
  • Creating insightful dashboards and reports

You are part of the e-commerce team but this role requires cross-functional collaboration with other departments such as Buying, Marketing, Production, Design, Logistics and Sales to improve the general Daily Paper performance.

  • Create, maintain, automate and distribute business performance reports and dashboards
  • Create and maintain reports requested by the Buying department
  • Maintain forecasts for the eCommerce department
  • Analyse and optimise key customer journeys within our online websites
  • Conduct data reviews and turn data into insights
  • Leverage customer insights to share important findings with the CRM team, Ads Agencies and other internal stakeholders (Production, Design, Sales, Marketing)
  • Analyse and interpret the results of our CRO program and turn the data into data-driven improvements and decision
  • Drive the road for automation wherever possible, e.g. automated reporting


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related study
  • +2 years experience in a (digital) data analyst role, preferably in E-commerce
  • Experience with analytics dashboards such as Google Analytics and Power BI
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus
  • Fluency in English both written and speaking
  • Analytical skills and a data-driven approach
  • Independent problem solver and results-driven
