All about the role

Based in Amsterdam at the Just Eat Takeaway International HQ, you take the ownership for global Commercial and Corporate vacancies with special focus on the DACH-region: Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This region is the most critical and business - crucial in Europe. From opening a position until offering the job to the successful candidate, the entire recruitment cycle lies in your hands. We are true partners to our business teams as we look to continue to scale alongside them, and focus on bringing top talent in Team Orange - finding the right talents, at the right time for the organization. While working independently and with lots of freedom in your field, your international team of Recruiters always have your back when you need them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for our Commercial and Corporate hiring teams with a focus on quality, efficiency and result
  • Work closely with the line managers to continuously improve recruitment processes by using best practices
  • Strategically source passive talents in order to generate balanced, representative pipelines that provide an adequate view of the current talent market
  • Build quality relationships with our candidates throughout the candidate journey, leveraging timely communication while representing our culture and values: Lead, Deliver, Care
  • Partner cross functionally with teams like Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing to leverage strategic initiatives and content to benefit a healthy recruitment process
  • Collaborate with others in the international Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding teams on initiatives and processes that have an impact on your region, but also globally (e.g. participating in employer branding activities
  • Continually search for opportunities to elevate our employer brand by identifying industry best practices, evaluating competitors, and nurturing networks and partnerships

Can you deliver

  • Minimum one year of in-house Recruitment experience
  • You are fluent and a confident user of German and English
  • You must be able to manage conflicting priorities while being extremely adaptable, agile, and flexible
  • You are passionate about using data to influence hiring decisions combined with knowledge of Boolean and proven talent sourcing experience
  • You are independent and work in a solution-oriented way, excited about new challenges in a fast-changing environment
  • You are fun to work with and enjoy working in a close-knit team, camaraderie is among your high priorities
  • We are open for candidates living outside of Amsterdam but our company does not offer sponsorship for relocation at this time.
