About this role:

As a Rewards Analyst in the Reward Design Team, you will be responsible for developing, analysing and building plans/policies to maximise employee engagement whilst helping drive organisational success.

In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams, HR partners, and leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance our reward strategy.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Bring expert knowledge and maintain a robust understanding of the changing market trends relating to (but not limited to) grading structure and compensation (for the different compensation elements) and it’s interaction with the wider reward strategy
  • Working with key stakeholders and the wider reward and design team to develop, communicate and implement our reward strategy
  • Analyse data/feedback to identify trends, gaps, opportunities for improvement and translate this analysis into digestible insights and presentations for senior management
  • Design and implement plans and policies to drive employee engagement and organisational success.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to align reward strategies with business goals.
  • Build engaging communication plans for reward plans and policies

  • Analytical and solution oriented, interpreting data and using insights to build logical storytelling to drive decision-making
  • Experience with analysing, reporting and processing confidential employee information
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to influence and partner with different internal and external stakeholders at various levels
  • Self-motivated and passionate about collaborating and participating in different projects when needed
  • Ability to juggle priorities with ease and know how to manage and make trade-offs when needed
