  • Interacting with external customers and other internal functions, providing and exchanging information on products, orders, shipments, as well as preparing regular reports for Bio/SVP/3P/SPS products.
  • Coordination of Customer Service activities with cross functions: Commercial team, Warehouse, Accounting and Finance to ensure that the orders could be dispatch on time, in full and accuracy.
  • Price and Trade campaign : to monitoring the effective validation and the correctness of price condition
  • Effective performance as per agreed target and without compromising the standard operational guideline, code of conduct, company rule/regulation, quality manual and HSE standards achieved.
  • Managing the order process, contributing to the achievement of sales targets, delivering outstanding customer experience and operational excellence.
  • Responsible on raise request ID for Customer Master Maintenance in Master Path system.
  • Arrange daily Billing report by GRN Daily Upload in CPS program for distribute data to Customers who join CPS program
  • Support in monitor, analysis and find room for improvement of Syngenta connect application.
  • Customer data analysis to supporting and leading customer centric mindset.
  • Business partner with commercial team to implement new business development and GTM.

Qualifications


Accountabilities

  • Maintain relationship, communication with customers (distributors), other external partners, like warehouses, service providers, as well as internal stakeholders
  • Execute process for Bio/SVP/3P/SPS products. ; receive, record and process customer orders using the existing Syngenta Connect platforms, check stock & credit limit availability, arrange delivery or customer pick up, issue required documents, invoice upon the order fulfillment, monitor order status
  • In case of credit block, follow up with Finance on credit release
  • Ensure efficient inventory management process regularly monitoring channel stock, Syngenta inventory optimization by locations, in order to support sales maximization, reduce lost opportunities and stock expiry.
  • Check supply status for quality release
  • Manage stock return process from the customers, documentation, billing and coordinate with all related parties.
  • Manage Customer Complaint Processes for Bio/SVP/3P/SPS products and ensure timely reporting and processing of the customer complaints
  • Manage the month end Report to Finance e.g. VL06O report, VFX3 report, SAP Report etc.
  • Owner of Syngenta Connect system. Able to manage and guide related parties e.g. Sales, Marketing team and Growers to understand workflow processes.
  • Look for improvement of the way of working, contribute to implementation of new technologies in the daily activities.
  • Syngenta connect platform administration and P&S key person collaborating with IT, Finance, Commercial to continuous improving customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency software / IT solution / Digital tools enhancement internally and externally to supporting customer data analyst.
  • Leading customer service initiatives to supporting P&S vision and mission for short-mid-long term strategy.

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

  • Bachelor Degree or BA prefer in related to Chemicals or Agriculture or Business and must have more than 3 years working experiences.
  • Knowledge of Digital System and CS
  • Knowledge of basic accounting is preferred
  • Computer skill on Microsoft office
  • Appetence to work with IT tools including SAP and MS Office
  • Good Command in English both writing and speaking
  • Experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash process, Logistics, Transportation
  • Understanding of the Agrobusiness, market drivers, customer behaviors is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver promises under tight timelines
  • Proactive approach and Team winning attitude.
