Nicolab is a med-tech scale-up that seeks to revolutionize emergency care by optimizing hospital workflows so patients can receive the right treatment in time. As part of our global expansion, we are looking for a talented, energetic, and go-getter Business Operations Manager who will drive high-priority projects to increase efficiency and productivity across our entire organization. You will be the linking pin between departments and play an important role in executing our strategic plan.

As a fast growing scale-up, you will have a lot of opportunities to shape the future of the company and create patient impact. You will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.


  • Lead key strategic projects

  • Create, manage, and scale internal processes and policies

  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization

  • Run company-wide alignment meetings

  • Support the executive team with preparing important presentations


    The ideal candidate is someone who loves creating structure in complex environments and actively seeks solutions to identified problems. You are comfortable collaborating and communicating at every level of the business and are a team player who can deliver quality results on time. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to be challenged.


    • Hold at least a Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree preferred

    • 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced operations or project management role, ideally at a management consulting firm or start-up

    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Exemplary track record of delivering results

    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment

    • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams

    • Ability to break down complex issues

    • Resourceful and a very fast learner

    • Fluent in English
