About this role:

Our Strategic Accounts department is dedicated to our most important restaurant chains and key accounts. In the role of Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Strategic Accounts Managers in our office in Milan. Through your experience, you'll build a stronger connection with our restaurant partners and bring the efficiency of the department to a new level.

  • Lead the team and be the point of contact between the team and other departments;
  • Optimize and improve the relationship with our key accounts;
  • Offer solutions for needs and strengthen a long-term relationship with our partners;
  • Keep an eye on all chains KPI's to achieve the quantitative and qualitative sales targets of your team;
  • Evaluate the sales statistics in regular meetings to determine the need for optimization and to initiate measures to increase productivity;
  • Negotiate exclusivity proposals with strategic partners that could bring new customers to JE and increase our market share;
  • Liaise with the marketing team to define which brands will take part in our external campaigns (OOH, TV, CRM, etc);
  • Identify the development potential of your team and ensure their continuous growth and development;
  • Work with your team to optimize the operative KPIs of the worst-performing chain restaurants.

  • University degree or a higher commercial education
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a manager as well as several years of experience in key account management
  • Dynamic, responsible and successful manager
  • Native Slovak and Advanced English speaking
  • Strong analytical attitude
  • Goal-oriented and focused; enjoy achieving, and even exceeding, ambitious goals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structured way of working
  • You are an organizational talent, experienced in sales controlling and reporting.
  • You are a good role model, a real team player, known for your hands-on mentality
