As an AB Testing Expert, you are in close contact with our clients and your responsibilities could vary from interpretation and advice to optimization and personalization. In many of our collaborations, we continuously run tests. It is your passion to define, design and deliver them. Based on data, qualitative or quantitative, you and analysts in the team form hypotheses, create a testing roadmap and seek to positively impact our clients’ conversion. By finding winners, but equally by preventing them from implementing losers. And to you, an AB test is not a test, you live by multiple variations, there is no 1 answer, no 1 alternative, the user's data will tell what the best reality appears to be.

You will work closely together with analytics, CRO and BI consultants, designers and developers, both as your opponents (who made the original site) and your partners in defining variations and improving the concept together. You know your way around data, design, front-end and client communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Helping clients define how to measure their digital success (KPIs / Conversion);
  • Analysing and optimising key customer journeys;
  • Responsible for building an optimisation roadmap;
  • Responsible for creating test plans and reporting on test performance;
  • Conducting Google Analytics reviews and turning data into insights;
  • You will sometimes be required to partake in (and lead) client workshops;
  • Building dashboards that summarise digital performance;
  • Producing and delivering reports that summarise your findings.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Background in business or marketing related higher education;
  • Few years of experience in a CRO role, preferably in an agency;
  • Experience in Google Analytics;
  • Familiarity with VWO, Optimizely, and/or Google Optimize;
  • Eagerness to dive into the technical side of a solution, feeling comfortable working in HTML, CSS and Javascript to build your tests;
  • Clear communication and presentations skills;
  • Excel experience;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
