For our office in Rotterdam, we are looking for a: Support and Operations Analyst Integration

Our IT landscape is evolving and as frontrunners in a digital transformation it is vital that our integration capabilities expand to meet this challenge.

The Support and Operations Analyst Integration role is a new position based in our head office in Rotterdam, Netherlands, working as part of the central IT team and reporting to the Group Integration Manager. The post holder will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the day-to-day operations of the integration processes that connect IMCD systems together, and IMCD to our business partners.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for integration support. Leading support communication with other teams, the IMCD business, and external parties where needed
  • Responding, managing, and coordinating integration support tickets
  • Coordinating and communicating problems, bug-fixes and resolutions between the integration team, other IT teams, business partners, and the IMCD business
  • Proactively monitoring our integration processes to ensure everything is working as it should, and running optimally
  • Reviewing any failed processes and resolving any issues
  • Monitoring recurring failures and patterns in failures, coordinating solutions where needed

Your profile:

  • To succeed in this role you will need to be a good communicator - managing communication between various stakeholders with varying levels of technical ability, and managing expectations to these stakeholders is vital.
  • You should be keen and willing to take ownership. Taking responsibility of the support and operations of the integration team will be key to being successful.
  • You will need to have strong problem-solving skills accompanied by a proactive approach and perseverance when tackling problems.
  • You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • You should be confident and able to identify solutions and improvements to the team and have willingness to learn the technical side of integration.

Your skills & capabilities:

  • Experience with stakeholder management and cross-team coordination
  • Experience with integration tooling (i.e. Tibco, MuleSoft, etc)
  • Past experience in an operational role
  • Fluent in English and a Dutch or EU work permit is necessary

Additional qualities or experience

  • Worked in an integration team
  • Worked in an agile IT environment
  • Experience using APIs
