Your future context

As Sales Manager you have knowledge of the client group and client service within Wealth Management or you are able to easily master this knowledge. You know how to take responsibility within the sales management team on the basis of the Wealth Management Clients strategy and you know how to collaborate with your colleagues to successfully deliver various projects.
As Senior Sales Manager you are part of a team of 2 sales managers. You steer on performance by and give regular feedback through progress and performance dialogues.

Your future role

Data analysis and sales growth steering

  • Monthly analysis of the sales cycle through reports on trends in the client portfolio, prospection cycle, KPIs a.o.
  • Weekly follow-up on outliers in the sales activity – with a proactive approach towards Private Bankers and a solution-minded approach to help overcome commercial challenges
  • Clear view on pricing strategies and follow-up on pricing inconsistencies
  • Analysis of the commercial growth and acquisition efforts – close collaboration with the Associates in order to enhance the commercial growth focus
  • Analyst for CCO on data insights and specific responsibility for areas of sales improvement that will lead to achievable and tangible commercial results
  • Performance meetings with Private Bankers to understand well their clients and business and how this connects to datapoints in the sales dashboards. Regularly discuss with Private Bankers, branch directors, managers and data specialists on the progress of the sales performance and the actions to take to improve the performance
  • Being proactive towards clients that are at risk, and help better coordination with experts to help limit loss
  • Connecting the Private Bankers with the data development team, in order to optimise the datapoints
  • Supporting the dialogues between experts and Private Bankers

Go-to-market strategy

  • Build a Go-to-market strategy for new value propositions in the domain of Entrepreneur & Entreprise and Impact Investing
  • Conduct market research to help the Private Bankers in targeting the right profiles in their acquisition efforts
  • Conduct competitor analysis in strategic domains and support the market penetration of ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
  • Liaise closely with both Wealth management and Corporate and Institutional Banking clients for synergies in the approach to acquire market share

Sales management knowledge

  • Knowledge of database structuring, insights into multi-dimensional databases
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, building and maintaining dashboards according to your own insights
  • Able to work analytically and make connections between data elements and commercial strategies
  • MS Excel: perfect control
  • MS Powerpoint: fluency
