What you will do

As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll be the driving force behind our design efforts in the product teams. Your primary responsibility is to lead and guide the design team and shape the overall design strategy and process. You'll work with the product teams to identify new opportunities and to provide guidance to the designers in those teams. You’ll lead by example, so while you'll spend most of your time on management and strategy, we expect you to contribute hands-on when needed. In this role you'll make a significant impact, aligning our design efforts with our objectives. If you're passionate about design and ready to lead a talented team, this is the job for you!


  • Lead and oversee the user experience of our products from ideation to launch in collaboration with the product teams and the designers.
  • Manage and guide a team of four product designers to consistently deliver valuable and viable solutions and help them grow. Build a culture of design excellence.
  • Turn high-level, conceptual ideas into useful and valuable solutions for our customers. Design customer journeys and experiences that are simple and elegant.
  • Take a hypothesis-driven and pragmatic approach, making sure assumptions are validated as efficiently as possible.
  • Improve and implement design processes and tools to speed up and simplify workflow.
  • Maintain consistency and quality in designs across our platforms.


  • 7+ years of experience in Product Design across a variety of platforms and devices working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and content teams
  • Including 3+ years of experience leading design teams, ideally in start/scale-up environments
  • Hands-on approach, with a strong understanding of UX best practices
  • Experience presenting ideas and work to product teams and business leaders, clearly articulating the goals and concepts
  • Experience executing user research and utilizing quantitative data for ideation and design decisions
  • Experience managing and maintaining design systems across multiple platforms
  • A strong design portfolio with web or mobile projects, demonstrating design thinking and creative problem-solving
