As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. You will be a key player in driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working closely with various departments within FeedbackFruits, such as Marketing and Partner Success. You will drive FeedbackFruits growth in the East Coast USA market.

🎯 About the job

1. Sales and Business Development

Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing customer referrals.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our SaaS solutions to potential clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive lead generation.

2. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, anticipate potential issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering ongoing support.

3. Sales Pipeline Management

Manage and track sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally to move prospects through the sales funnel.

4. Negotiation and Closing

Conduct effective negotiations to secure new contracts and renewal deals that align with company objectives and customer needs.

Collaborate with the sales leadership team to create competitive proposals and pricing strategies.

5. Market Research and Analysis

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts, share insights, and contribute to the overall company growth.

Your experience

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and education, possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

You have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
  • 3-5 years experience with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
