This is your daily action

Our procurement team consist of experts in the retail area, with teams around Supply Chain, Technology, Real estate & Facility management and HR, Marketing & Professional Service. We make sure that we have the right means for the right terms in order for Action to grow and flourish. As a Procurement Assistant you will be helping with implementing our new SAP Ariba system, support in tender project, built reports and manage stakeholders. The combination of systems and people are a key factor in this position.

In your job you are the contact point for questions or requests for SAP Ariba or tender and process related topics. This could be to deliver a report on current spend or giving advise based upon data from the system. You monitor data compliancy, make proposals for efficient and effective working methods and support in tender projects. With the growth, of Action the responsibility of the procurement team grows as well. This means that we are constantly developing and apricate initiatives and a proactive mindset.

This is you

You balance data analysis with strong communication skills and flourish in an environment where no day is the same. Being result oriented and analytically strong, you are able to quickly master systems and use their information for decision making. You follow market trends and have a strong service-oriented mindset.
In addition, you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration or Economics.
  • A proactive and eager to learn mentality.
  • 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • You have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
