Job Description:

As a CRM Campaign Manager at Hunkemöller, you will play a vital role in our marketing team, working alongside our agency and supporting the Senior CRM Campaign Manager to identify and implement customer email journeys. These journeys will be aimed at enhancing customer engagement, increasing sales, and optimizing CLTV through personalized and data-driven automated flows. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape a key aspect of our business and elevate our email marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage CRM email and push notification flows to drive customer engagement and CLTV.
  • Collaborate with our agency and internal teams to identify opportunities for data-driven automated flows.
  • Conduct technical scoping, road mapping, and implementation of email campaigns using our email platform (Selligent).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Loyalty, and Pricing, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Utilize data and research to identify customer segments and tailor email journeys to drive key KPIs.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders and lead discussions to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Analysis of campaigns and use finding to optimise
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support Senior Campaign Manager with Testing Plan

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in building CRM email and push notification flows in a retail or fast-moving industry.
  • Strong technical skills in CRM platforms, specifically Selligent, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience of using GA or other analytics platforms
  • Entry level database/data warehouse knowledge
  • Proven track record in data-driven marketing and email campaign management.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Upbeat, proactive, and passionate about the challenges and opportunities in CRM marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
