What we offer

The main duties of the Executive Assistant (EA) position, based in Kigali, Rwanda, encompass various administrative tasks, for all entities in EMEA region, which include but are not limited to:

      • Support leadership team with finance and operations activities: Processing invoices, expenses, generating timesheet and report, planning on company cost and budget, reviewing and storing legal documents.

      • Assisting with HR-Admin activities: Job posting, screening, and interviewing, proceeding the onboarding and offboarding process, managing company assets, planning internal events and birthday, holidays gifts.

      • Working with third-party for services related to: Accounting, Visa or other Immigration matters, Payroll, Legal process.

      • Perform other related duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate.

          Our Ideal Candidate:

          • University degree in English Language, Business, Legal or related discipline.
          • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
          • Proven experience in legal, finance and/or general administration.
          • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
          • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and enthusiastic about working with new technologies.
