Engage every day with healthcare professionals and executives from around the world at the Philips Customer Experience Center. Brief them on how Philips businesses can help address their challenges so sales can win deals and establish long-term partnerships.

Do you have an outgoing personality with strong knowledge in the clinical or medical field? Or are you a fast learner with a background in briefing centers/events/hospitality, who is open to learn everything about our healthcare solutions? Then please apply! You are responsible for
Delivering interactive customer experience programs at the Customer Experience Center in Best (NL):

  • Be the strategic trusted advisor for sales to create engaging, bespoke briefings, programs, experiences and agendas that drive sales opportunities, trust, customer satisfaction, and brand preference
  • Facilitate and lead strong dialogs with customers in the healthcare domain that support the customer decision journey
  • Bring Philips solutions to life by delivering scripted and non-scripted content, demos and workshops, while being able to instantly pivot based on live feedback and customer cues
  • Craft strong relations with Philips discussion leaders, executives, and businesses to ensure the Philips strategy and key solutions are represented well in our briefings
  • Build strong relations with sales and account teams to ensure they leverage the Customer Experience Center to its full potential

You are a part of

The global Philips Center of Excellence for Events and Customer Experience Centers. It consists of 15+ customer engagement experts working from 2 Customer Experience Centers in The Netherlands and the US, and 50+ event professionals from around the globe. You’ll be working out of the Customer Experience Center in Best that hosts 500+ executive briefings every year.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • At least 5 years working experience in a clinical/medical (sales/marketing) OR briefing center background.
  • Bachelor/Master degree.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, facilitation, active listening, consultancy and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is preferred). German would be a plus.
  • Proven experience in engaging with customers from different levels – from executive level to students.
  • Experience working in dynamic customer facing environments.
  • Technology savvy, comfortable running digital customer engagement experiences.
  • Able to work flexible hours when necessary.
