As a Technical Architect - Data within the Consumer Commercial IT Domain Architecture team, you will be working with the key partners to promote a data driven mindset and solution design by unlocking potential and value of data we have. Showcasing business value of our data ecosystem and monetizing on the data we gather and manage will be of a strategic importance of moving the needle in our digital transformation journey. Together with a team of domain architects in the Architecture Council and it's Center of Practice for Data, you will outline what such a journey looks like when empowered with data. Your ‘day to day’: • Design and maintain domain-level data blueprints and ensures blueprints are refreshed as needs emerge and business initiatives are prioritized • Direct the construction of architecture components (e.g., data architecture, application architecture, technical architecture) with data domain experience, knowledge, best practices – in regards to data quality, data consistency, data privacy, data consumption, data modelling • Support and champion data innovation efforts with multi-functional knowledge (e.g., strategy, organisational change, business process management) • Assist in the definition of business and IT data operating model • Design feasibility studies and use results from them to assess an architecture framework, patterns, future roadmap applicability, application's conformance to the current and target architecture blueprints • Define systems data integration architecture, technical and application data architectures for new pivotal initiatives • Defines and ensures alignment and execution of domain data strategy at a sub-domain level • Derive long term Architecture strategy and roadmap for specific data domains that support the overall Business objectives • Broad experience across all IT infrastructure related technologies, data modelling and architecture techniques, data capabilities enablement, data non-functional requirements • Direct multiple projects, guide resources and monitor the quality and acceptance of the solution process when prototyping or running a POC/POV • Work closely with Data Architects and Data Engineers to enable, support them but also to guide them to ensure data standards are implemented • Work under SAFe and Scrum delivery models under the Architecture Council Who we are looking for: • Extensive experience working on data architecture, conceptual, logical and physical data models • In depth experience in consumer driven data architecture, CRM-related data entities, solutions • In depth understanding of various Data stores and capability to design and validate performant data models • Experience in master and reference data management, governance • Experience in design data entity value chains in context of process design • Experience with large scale centrally built data integration landscapes with legacy outliers • Relevant work experience in applying data privacy guidelines and governing GDPR operations • Experience with decision making, insight generation based on data, critical metric structure, operational reporting • Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Scrum SAFe practices and agile delivery models • Multi-functional teammate with a good mix of technical and functional experience in eCommerce systems and retail and Analytics • Experience with data lineage tools, e.s. Solidatus • Experience with data quality measurements and monitoring tools and methodologies • Good communication skills, adaptability to a dynamically changing environment • Collaborative and inclusive mindset • Willingness to learn What’s in it for you?
