In the role of Business Support Officer at Hello Straw, you will be tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction and liaising across the various steps of our supply chain and departments.

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for executing, supervising and optimizing the order process and information provision to the customer.
• You will be liaising with our production sites and sales department to assist during procedures to optimize delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.
• You will be entering and processing orders, keeping track of orders and flow.
• Keeping current stakeholders satisfied, and reach out to new, potential stakeholders.

Requirements

• You have experience with MS Office.
• Proficiency in the English language is a must.
• Prior experience or relevant studies in the field are required.
• A work permit in The Netherlands is required.
• Candidates who speak a second language are preferred.
• Candidates who live in The Hague or near the area are preferred.
