About Thales

The software department of the Application Engineering cluster is responsible for the software development in Combat Management and Radar- and Optical sensors for worldwide navies- and defense systems. The work is performed in multi-disciplinary agile teams with specialists in software/system/test engineering and functional design.
About the assignment
The assignment is a research how a container orchestration solution (like Kubernetes) can be used in our sensors and Tacticos system to take the most advantage of using containerized applications.
Part of the assignment is to make a number of demonstrators.
Depending on the study and personal interests can the emphasis within the assignment be changed.
