The Office Manager is the local contact for all activities related to office management and workplace experience in Amsterdam.

The ideal candidate is a culture champion with a people-first mentality who understands the importance of a positive and collaborative workplace environment.


  • Culture Champion - People-first mentality, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Office Management - Responsible for all office management duties including front of house, badging external vendors supporting the office (e.g. cleaners), health & safety, etc.
  • Office Administration - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Organize and maintain a clean and organized office space.
  • Employee Event Coordination - Hosting virtual happy hours, on-site and team events
  • Hop on the Roller Coaster Mentality - Humble enough to jump in and do everything from HR administrative duties to critical thinking sessions and agile enough to do it with speed and accuracy
  • Global Mobility - Manage the international transfer process of employees.


  • 3-5 years of relevant Office Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Experience with Google Suite is a plus
