You won't be sitting on the sidelines when you start at Dyson. Our interns and graduates are immediately immersed in our technology, collaborating with in-house experts to engineer and develop our machines. Our machines are advanced so we need people who can blend their exceptional technical understanding with a passion for engineering and problem solving. Where we're based
Our world-class development centre and Dyson's second largest office worldwide is based in Senai, Johor Bahru. What was originally a few small labs covering 350m² with ten engineers, is now a bustling campus occupying 50,000m², 22 state-of-the-art labs and over 1,200 Dyson people working across Engineering, IT, Finance, Creative and HR.
A major logistics hub
Dyson Malaysia is located in Senai, one of the hubs of Johor’s Kulaijaya District – a flagship zone of the Iskandar Malaysia development corridor. Nearby, there are shops, restaurants and the expressway to Johor’s luxury shopping area – the Johor Premium Outlet. Open plan workspaces, lofty ceilings and huge technology displays create an inspiring backdrop for business. But there’s also plenty of leisure with regular sports days, charitable activities and the most anticipated fixture on the calendar – the annual futsal tournament.

Vibrant culture
In Chinese culture, the lion symbolizes power, wisdom and superiority. Lion dances are performed at Chinese festivals or major occasions to bring good fortune and chase away evil spirits. Dyson people were wowed by the rhythmic beat of the festive drums and vibrant lions during our recent celebrations at our Malaysia Development Centre.
Coming together
Hari Raya is celebrated by Muslims all over the world to mark the end Ramadan - the holy month of fasting. This festival is also celebrated at our Malaysia Development Centre (MDC), where Raya Lunch is conducted in a grand scale yearly - Dyson people of various ethnicity come all dressed up in traditional attire and enjoy an array of traditional Malay dishes such as Ketupat, Lodeh and Ayam Masak Merah.
