No day is the same. If you like to have a challenge and learn something new within the Payroll department look no further. Having payroll experience will be of great benefit especially when you are looking for a job in HR.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• The basics of Dutch labour law and Dutch wage tax system;

• Gain knowledge of the HR system Workday and payroll system ADP;

• You will learn how to support the end to end payroll;;

• You will get a good understanding of what it means (and what it takes) to be part of a rapidly expanding international company;

• Your communication skills will be tested and developed while working with different employees, internal stakeholders and the team.

What will you bring to the table?

• Strong analytical skills

• Dutch and English Speaking

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master Degree or higher in Human Resources or a similar field

• Open to the scale-up mentality of rolling up your sleeves

• Have an output driven and getting things done mentality

• Available full-time for a period of 6 months

• Organised, great attention to detail, and highly motivated

• Working with the team to ensure all activities are managed efficiently and accurately

• Fun, smart and open-minded person who enjoys working in an international multi-cultural environment

• You are a self-starter, actively looking development opportunities, and are flexible

• You are proficient in the English language, Dutch is a must.
