But it will not only be about becoming a technical expert. To really drive a sustainable continuous improvement in the sites, you will need to demonstrate your communication and leadership skills to make an impact.

Your tasks may include activities such as:

  • Support of local & European continuous improvement and optimization projects in areas such as Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Enterprise Lean Six Sigma, Manufacturing For Future / Digital Transformation and Environment Health & Safety
  • Involvement in project work such as new equipment installation / machine modifications
  • Manufacturing key projects and Teamleader roles can be considered for the second rotation

While you are on this exciting journey, you will receive plenty of support along the way. Our Mentoring and Training Program, combined with on-the-job learning, will enable you to build your skills and transition from college to the corporate workplace, leveraging strengths and defining your career path.
