You will be driving the technology transformation of our Savings, Investments and Bankassurance (SI&BA) department with architectures in which customer experiences take centre stage. This job offers you a monthly salary between €5,330 and €7,615 depending on your experience. This is based on a 36-hour work week, excluding a 13th month and holiday allowance.
To optimise usability across devices and enable data-driven customer interaction, you will devise an entirely new architecture for the SI&BA department. For this purpose, you will develop your vision on our IT landscape and how it supports our business’ and clients’ needs. And to realise your vision, you will inspire internal stakeholders, from management to the DevOps teams who will build your architectures.
Working closely with the business enterprise architect to ensure alignment with the bank’s strategy, assess the impact of new architectures and help optimise the overarching architecture.
Developing multi-year roadmaps to translate your vision into future-proof solutions.
Collaborating with the bank’s and group’s IT departments to establish technical architectural guidelines at group level and translating these guidelines into best practices.
Contributing to the strategy and technological transition of SI&BA from an architectural perspective.
Playing an active role in the bank’s architecture community, sharing knowledge to create the best possible solutions for the bank and our customers.
Providing DevOps teams with guardrails and supporting them during the implementation of the architecture. You will also encourage engineers to share their knowledge and insights for the benefit of the architecture community as a whole.
Engaging with internal and external suppliers, and assessing their technologies and solutions based on your requirements.
You will join the sixty-strong IT department of SI&BA. We are an international team of expert engineers, team leads, a product owner and department manager.
