To strengthen our team, we are seeking a German speaking talented and dedicated individual to be responsible for several projects and act as a language bridge (L1) between our users and our technical teams. You need to bring effective communication and incident resolution skills as you will serve different clients with a mixed level of complexity. As Accenture invests much on learning and development of its employees, it is expected that you have an appetite on learning new things. Aside of fluent German we expect that you’re fluent in English, both written and spoken. You will work in a dynamic team that will provide IT support to projects and customers often including Service Management processes.

We deliver exceptional IT support services while incorporating elements of project management and consulting. With a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, we are the ‘front door’ for our customers.

You will be effectively communicating with users to gather all necessary information, translate technical jargon into user-friendly language and collaborate closely with our technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Providing advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 is of course part of your daily job, next to investigating and diagnosing problems utilizing your strong knowledge of M365 and documenting the steps for future reference.

Our clients work in a dynamic and digitalized world with decentralized services and multiple vendors across a variating mix of industries. While Accenture is delivering projects at these clients, we can also provide IT support. This varies from 1st line support till 3rd line support in 3 different languages: Dutch, French and German. The services are based on the ITIL v3/ ITIL v4 framework and will be remote and client facing.

here's what you'll need

• Fluent proficiency in German and English languages (spoken and written).
• Relevant experience in providing technical support to end-users.
• Successfully completed a Bachelor and a strong affinity with IT.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of M365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive.
